Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Technical Consultant to support enterprise business applications and production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows/Linux server administration, application deployments, and infrastructure monitoring. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, customer interaction experience, and knowledge of change management practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for enterprise business applications.
• Maintain and administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Deploy applications across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Set up and configure new IIS application environments as required.
• Start/stop servers and applications as part of maintenance activities.
• Perform annual Disaster Recovery (DR) drills for customer environments.
• Create, install, renew, and manage SSL certificates for enterprise applications.
• Work with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, and WAF.
• Monitor server health using tools such as Site24x7.
• Track disk space, maintain logs, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Write and execute PL/SQL queries, DML, DDL, and DCL scripts.
• Follow change management policies for scheduled and emergency releases.
• Maintain ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho) and manage escalation matrix.
• Interact with clients via calls and email for issue resolution and updates.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Good knowledge of AWS infrastructure services (EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, WAF).
• Experience with Oracle and MySQL database Basic administration.
• Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL scripting will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SSL certificate management.
• Experience working in enterprise production environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based change and incident management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to multi-tier application (Middleware – IIS,Tomcat) architecture.
