Responsible For
  • Assist in Implementation: Support the on-boarding and configuration of Medical Affairs Applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Client Support:
    • Provide support for clients, troubleshooting issues related to Medical Affairs applications.
    • Offer functional support in resolving application issues raised by customers as part of SCIMAX Support Desk
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including user guides, process flows, and application configurations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on project timelines.
  • Training: Help in preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in all System validation activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ for drug safety solutions and author the validation documents

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects in healthcare or technology are a plus.
